Bring a few fun items or accessories to trade with another Marie Haggin shopper. Items must be new or gently used and in good condition. 3 to 10 items per person please.

Friday, April 23 (6 to 8 pm): Purse Party Featuring the Miche Bag
Our past purse parties have been a huge success, so come on down for some fun, refreshments and purse shopping. If you haven't already seen the divine Miche bag, we'll feature that bag during the event.

Anniversary Party & Collecting Donations for Our Troops

This weekend Marie Haggin Accessories is celebrating its 5th anniversary in business. From 5 to 7 p.m., we will have some fantastic giveaways – including a $100 Marie Haggin gift certificate – cake, wine or champagne and a great offer. If you shop between 5 and 7 p.m. on Saturday, December 5, you may take 15% off your ENTIRE PURCHASE.

Throughout the weekend, we will also be accepting donations for items to send to the troops overseas. Katherine, our manager at Marie Haggin Accessories, has a husband stationed in Afghanistan, and we want to support him and his fellow soldiers with a few treats from home. If you’d like to drop off a nonperishable item to send, please bring it to Marie Haggin at Kent Station by 4 p.m. on Sunday, December 6. This care package will be sent in time for the holidays.

· Sports items: baseball caps, baseballs, footballs, soccer balls, etc. (for the soldiers and/or gifts for Iraqi or Afghani children)
· Personal hygiene items: handi-wipes or baby wipes, deodorant, shower gel, razors, etc.
· Magazines
· DVDs
· Batteries (AAA, AA and D)
· Powdered drink mixes like Gatorade, Crystal Light or Propel
· Snacks: beef jerky, cheez-its, chips, pretzels, candy, gum, etc.
· Pens, notebooks, and envelopes
· Long distance phone cards or calling cards

If you can’t make this deadline, consider donating another time. If there is enough interest, we’ll send care packages in the future.

Marie Haggin's Bridal Shower & Fashion Show - A Big Hit with Kent Brides

This weekend Marie Haggin Accessories hosted A Bridal Shower for You along with a Fashion Show to officially launch the boutique’s new collection of bridal gowns and wedding services. At least a dozen or more brides showed up along with friends and family to enjoy the gala event, more than 50 guests in all.
